Before we moved in, I worked on prepping closets, so we would have somewhere to put our clothes, coats, skis, etc.
The designer in me said they had to be wallpapered.
Principal Bedroom Closets
I chose a geometric gold and white pattern for the wallpaper in both closets in the principal bedroom. It was a cheap wallpaper, and the design didn't always match, but it works for a closet.
I wanted the cabinetry in the closets to match the color scheme of the bedroom. So Andy learned how to spray cabinets. He's the best!
The hooks and shelf in Andy’s closet are from IKEA. All the cabinetry is from IKEA and then sprayed ″salty dog″ blue from Sherwin Williams.
Mud Room closets
I splurged on the wallpaper in the mud room closets. It's one of my favorite design elements so far. This is a wallpaper design from Spoonflower
We will eventually hang bifold doors and finish the rest of the Mud Room
